Occupying over 60,000 sf right outside NYC, Heineken U.S. headquarters, spans across the 11th and 12th floors of 360 Hamilton. Heineken created an open and transparent environment that would inspire creativity, collaboration and company pride.  The graphics selective placed on the walls serve to keep the office environment engaging and exciting . There is an impressive staircase that connects the 11th and 12th leading from the café on 11 up to the Heineken bar on 12. Chelsea Office Incorporates Bright Design Elements 307 Seventh Avenue Danielle Arps, a talented designer of office space, has incorporated bright and fun design features to Day One Agency’s Chelsea office.  Located directly across the Fashion Institute of Technology at 307 Seventh Avenue, Day One Agency, a communication and marketing agency, has been successful creating an office environment conducive towards higher work productivity. 180 Maiden Lane -Transformative Renovation-Communal Area-Outside Indoors Transformative Renovation 180 Maiden Lane, has gone through a transformative renovation. The office building had begun to take on a very dated look that was quintesentially 80’s. The sweeping plaza and that’s enclosed by a space frame is reminiscent of the Jacob Javitz Center. However, the new ownership, Murray Hill Properties dramatically changed the look and feel of the lobby and atrium.   The exciting photos of the lobby and office space speak for themselves. An Eclectic Great Design This 11,000 square foot space located at 22 west 19th Street, has been designed by Danielle Arps, a well known interior designer in the Tech world.  Completed in 2015, Yippit’s office, has distinguishing features such light oak finishes, custom oak millwork, and plants interspersed that serve as an artistic and architectural element.  The light green carpeting compliment the plants and help bring the outdoors inside.
