As a lifestyle company, they wanted their new office space to appropriately promote their brand.   Summit RE Partners Virtuoso retained the services of Daniel Hassett of Summit RE Partners to the task of finding a new location. Summit, being a design focused commercial real estate firm, understood Virtuoso being a lifestyle brand, they needed an amazing office space that was both special and inspiring. As they searched for properties, Summit and Virtuoso looked at each property with a discerning eye. Many locations were considered. However, they agreed that the area of the reception on the 34th floor of 220 East 42nd Street, would be great for having an entertainment and lounging area.
